本文建立了光伏电池、面板和阵列的Matlab/SIMULINK模型。该模型建立在数学方程的基础上，通过一个由光电流源、二极管、串联电阻和并联电阻组成的等效电路来描述。开发的模型可以预测光伏电池在不同物理和环境条件下的行为。
This Work present a Matlab/SIMULINK model of a photovoltaic cell, Panel and Array. This model is based on mathematical equations and is described through an equivalent circuit including a photocurrent source, a diode, a series resistor and a shunt resistor. The developed model allows the prediction of PV cell behaviour under different physical and environmental.
